Marketing Strategy Expert Wanted
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our mission-driven team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting doctors with underserved communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and experience working in agencies or startups. You will be responsible for designing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to work in these areas and build their visibility and trust in the community.
About the Role:
* You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to identify key messaging angles, leverage data to highlight regional demand, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
* You will design and execute digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to build awareness and trust among patients and healthcare organizations.
* You will manage content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling.
* You will establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations.
* You will measure and optimize campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or startups
* B2B + B2C experience
* An entrepreneur/business mindset
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms
