Required Skills and Qualifications
Competencies:
 * Technical Expertise: 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with solid application development knowledge, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
 * Apex Development: At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, developing classes and triggers.
 * Salesforce Certifications: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, with additional certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified JavaScript Developer) a plus.
 * Custom Object Design: Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
 * REST and SOAP-based Web Services: Proficient at developing or working with REST and SOAP-based web services.
Soft Skills: Strong self-management skills, ability to find solutions independently and communicate effectively, and experience working in Agile environments.
