Project Delivery Lead
You will play a pivotal role in driving production support and enhancement initiatives forward. Your key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
* Gather and document business requirements and functional designs to ensure seamless project execution.
* Analyze data to identify actionable insights that inform your decisions as a Project Delivery Lead.
* Utilize your expertise in Workday configuration to provide support for production issues and enhancements.
* Review test cases, participate in UAT, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge/response catalog.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge. Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery is essential. Effective communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are also required. Familiarity with CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support is highly beneficial.
