Trade Compliance Specialist
This fully remote role focuses on researching and tracking global trade regulations, primarily across LATAM and North America. Our specialist will contribute insights to keep SAP GTS systems up-to-date for global clients.
* Our team member must maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* They will track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* Ensure research and documentation meet ISO process standards.
