Sales Leadership Role Overview
As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth by leading a team of international sales professionals to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, skill-building sessions, and performance feedback
* Position the right people in the right roles, make tough calls when needed, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Product teams, and reseller partners
* Develop strong technical sales skills, communicate value to both engineers and decision-makers, and coach sales reps on strategy, messaging, and execution
