Job Role Overview
The Project Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT project integration and coordination across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Technical Leadership: Providing expert technical guidance to ensure that project implementations align with architectural design principles, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
* Integration Planning: Developing comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing system compatibility, and conducting thorough testing and evaluation.
* Project Resource Management: Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources for integration projects, including budgeting and staffing. Ensuring adherence to project schedules and resource allocation.
* Technology Advancement: Conducting technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies, and industry trends.
* Risk Mitigation: Identifying and resolving integration issues through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process.
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or related field.
* Systems Integration: Proficiency in integrating tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, APIs), designing integrations between data systems, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs such as SAP, CRMs).
* Architecture: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development principles, including microservices, SOA, and cloud-based architectures.
* System Tools: Utilization of integration tools and platforms, implementation, and management of systems to track and report metrics of integration projects.
* Languages: Advanced English language proficiency.
