Job Summary:
A metadata expert with experience managing large-scale digital asset libraries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to scale structure through governance, training, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies, as well as experience organizing and managing large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and apply consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards
* Provide human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools
* Implement governance policies and metadata best practices
* Train and onboard marketers and content owners on how to use and maintain structured DAM systems
* Familiarity with usage rights, compliance workflows, and content lifecycle management
* Scale metadata ownership over time
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or 3 years of experience in similar line of work
* 3+ years program or project management experience
* Experience in training data creation for AI prompt development
* 3+ years of experience in managing an extensive digital asset library
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies
