We're seeking a motivated IT Specialist to drive our digital transformation.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Requirements
* A working level of spoken and written English
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
* Deep knowledge of endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
Responsibilities
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices
