Agile Project Facilitator
As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of Scrum ceremonies, aligning with Agile principles. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and guide one Scrum team, potentially expanding to support a second team.
* Ensure effective facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies, upholding Agile values
* Provide guidance and support to one Scrum team, with the possibility of expanding to two teams
* Collaborate closely with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery efficiency
* Contribute to the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices within the organization
* Identify and help remove impediments hindering team progress, escalating concerns as necessary
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback mechanisms
* Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
* Strong facilitation and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with SAFe practices and their implementation
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
