 
        
        As a key account manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients in Brazil and LATAM;
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and tailored service offerings;
 * Design and implement customer-centric processes and systems to enhance the client experience;
 * Analyze client behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service solutions and drive business results.
Qualifications and Skills:
 2. Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background;
 * Proven track record of managing a portfolio of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;
 * Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous;
 * Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese and working knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus;
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining strong multitasking skills.
