Client Success Manager Position
The Client Success Manager will oversee the client relationships, primarily with chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics. The role combines client communication, data-driven performance management, and internal team coordination.
Main Responsibilities
* Daily Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for each clinic client, communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts, keep clients informed before they ask, provide clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements.
* Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensuring tracking, configuration, and campaigns are properly set up, set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and strong performance.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns: Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate, identify drops or issues early and diagnose potential causes, suggest actionable fixes.
