Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans to deliver wind turbine projects on schedule and within budget;
- Lead a team of project managers to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans;
- Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams to drive project success;
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize project outcomes;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management);
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the wind industry;
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to quality standards;
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project objectives;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
