Enterprise Risk Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework covering credit, market, liquidity, operational and technology risks.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis and capital adequacy evaluations.
Expertise Required:
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Margin-Account Risk Oversight:
* Lead the governance and oversight of margin-account operations, including establishing risk policies and monitoring collateral valuation.
* Continuously monitor key risk indicators and escalate breaches to senior management.
