Senior Product Designer - This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas. What Youll Be Doing Lead end-to-end product design (problem framing user flows interaction patterns UI validation) Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scope Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making Partner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offs Produce high-quality Figma deliverables (journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, specifications) Coach and support mid-level designers when needed Must-Have Requirements Expert-level Figma execution (this is non-negotiable) Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Experience working in large, complex, and robust enterprise environments Background in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industries Ability to operate across UX and visual design Working knowledge of research methodologies Nice-to-Have Experience in Healthcare or Financial Services Analytics background Experience with workshop tools (Miro, FigJam) Service blueprinting experience
