About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and isolating reliability defects on next-generation CMOS technologies. They will utilize state-of-the-art nano probing tools, performing complex cell-level validation probing to transistor device characterization.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and isolate reliability defects on next-generation CMOS technologies.

Requirements
* Masters or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field of study.
* 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in Semiconductor Device physics and Electronic Circuits.
