Job Responsibilities
1. Providing visible safety leadership and care for people in line with LNG and the Project vision.
2. Leading SIMOPS management, including relevant site work management processes such as LOTO, JSAs, and PTWs.
o Be flexible and team-oriented. Support Construction, SHEs, and Commissioning Managers as the leader and owner of the SIMOPS execution process.
o Work closely with other disciplines to effectively deliver the scope.
3. Champion on-site SIMOPS, LOTO, and PTW awareness and promote safe performance.
4. Actively visit the site to assess work management procedures and provide leadership to Contractors and Sub-Contractors to ensure that SIMOPS, LOTO, and PTW procedures and systems are fully understood and implemented by all.
5. Liaise with internal/external groups as required, e.g., LNG Major Projects, HSE&Q, Contractors, Sub-Contractors.
6. Support and participate in constructability and construction readiness reviews, identifying improvement opportunities with the contractor team.
7. Drive schedule compliance by ensuring Contractor delivery aligns with the construction plan, L3/4 schedule, and project milestones.
8. Analyze construction progress and productivity reports, identifying improvements across activities.
9. Ensure Contractor controls change in accordance with project procedures, identifying schedule and contractual impacts.
10. Support the Advanced Work Packing process and system compliance, identifying and resolving constraints to support schedule delivery.
11. Lead construction completion compliance (punch closure to MC) to CSU.
12. Provide coordination and manage discipline interfaces.
