Job Description We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Professional to oversee the operational aspects of our support and consulting services. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in service delivery, managed services, IT operations, or enterprise support roles serving external customers. They will be familiar with incident management practices, including ITIL-inspired environments. The candidate should also have experience creating or improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and training first-line/SRE teams.
