Our company is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with key customers and driving business growth.


About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning business at assigned key accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex sales pipelines and meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve forecasted sales goals
* Manage and develop OEM business at specified accounts
* Develop customer relationships and act as primary field sales representative for the company
* Deeply understand customer's structure, products, and decision-making processes
* Ensure that the company provides a unique customer experience by orchestrating all company relations and contacts to the customer


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
* Experience in LATAM OEM Off-Highway & On-Highway industry, particularly technical sales and knowledge in the designated product and relevant industry sector
* Experience working with CRM
* Desired knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems & products
* Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required
* Business acumen around sales forecasting opportunity management and customer planning
* Technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today's business environment
* Ability to listen, gain trust, and bring to closure an action, project, resolution, or sales with customers
* Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns and determine appropriate solutions
* Ability to maintain a plan of action until desired results are achieved
* Strong process discipline, ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop market revenue
* Proven track record of successful Account Management and Sales Development
* Ability to work in a cross-culture, diverse nationalities in a matrix communications environment
* Portuguese and English language skills (Fluent/Advanced)
* Available to travel over 50% of the time
