About this role: As a key account professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective account management.

The Role: This position involves managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with other departments to achieve success.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize and develop strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer engagement.
* Built strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts.
* Diligently pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales performance expectations, drive client retention, negotiate deals effectively, and contribute to sales strategies.

Qualifications: Proven track record of sales success, experience with complex sales cycles, in-depth understanding of enterprise technology environments, and proficiency in CRM systems.
