Introduction: We are looking for a senior market research analyst to join our amazing team in Brazil!
You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have at least 4 years of market research experience, ideally on the supplier side. In this position you will be responsible for leading the full project life cycle, from setup through client presentations.
You’ll work across multiple research methodologies within Product & Innovation (idea and concept testing, market exploration, packaging testing) and Brand & Communication (advertising testing, media, campaign effectiveness, and brand assessment) in a dynamic environment where AI-powered solutions are already a reality.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of research projects to meet complex needs with minimal support
Independently manage complex quantitative & qualitative studies across a variety of methodologies from survey design through final delivery to clients.
Develop compelling story-led analyses and final reports with strategic, clear, and engaging client presentations.
Responsible for leading final client presentations, providing consistent, clear, and actionable recommendations.
Manage all client communications, providing clear and proactive communication regarding project progress.
Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Work together with project managers and operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of timelines.
Share your expertise with junior and mid-level research analysts, acting as a knowledge multiplier and recognized as a strong technical contributor within the team.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of market research experience.
Experience in various research methodologies such as ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluation, pack testing, brand tracking, shopper research, segmentation, U&A, i HUTs, ad-hocs etc.
Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, client presentation and project management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
Languages: English proficiency is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload.
