With a strong heritage of craftsmanship and innovation, Ferragamo operates worldwide in the luxury retail industry.We are currently seeking a Tax Analyst to join our team in a multinational retail environment.Position SummaryThe Tax Analyst will focus on Linx system operations, tax routines, and support for tax processes, including participation in tax reform implementation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Operations in the Linx System- Creation of purchase and import orders;
- Recording and posting of tax invoices;
- Billing and issuance of tax invoices;
- Issuance of electroniccorrection letters (CC-e);
- Maintenance andupdate of product master data (tax classification, NCM, CST, CFOP, tax rates, etc.);
- Maintenance andparameterization of tax rules in the system;
- Maintenance of tax tables and rates.Tax Routines and Compliance- Analysis and resolution of tax and operational discrepancies;
- Support for internal and external audits;
- Monitoring Brazilian tax legislation and assessing operational impacts;
- Calculation of taxes on imported services;
- Issuance of taxpaymentforms (MIT – DCTFWeb) and GNREs;
- Support in direct and indirect tax calculations and ancillary obligations.Projects & Process Improvement- Technical tax support in projects, including tax reform implementation;
- Review and improvementof tax and operational processes;
- Interface with accounting, logistics, operations, and IT teams;
- Participation in system updates and automation initiatives.Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese is required. English and/or Spanish is desirable for collaboration within a multinational environment.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Mandatory knowledge ofLinx ERP system;
- Previous experience intax routines within retail companies;
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation, especially indirect taxes;
- Experience in tax or system implementation projects.
