The Opportunity
The Content Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a robust top of funnel, thought leadership, demand and lead generation strategy that drives measurable marketing outcomes.
This dynamic role encompasses leading the creation and distribution of demand generation content, crafting impactful micro content, managing our media hub project, and forging strategic partnerships to amplify our reach on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will excel in integrated marketing strategies, leveraging a multi-channel approach to engage and grow our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and analyse integrated demand generation campaigns and activities across multiple channels, including email, partner channels, social media, and organic content, to create demand in market, fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads and nurture them through the funnel to delighted customers.
* Oversee the establishment and management of a centralised media hub for content distribution.
* Ensure the addition and execution of a comprehensive and sustainable micro content-focused approach, ensuring content is engaging and shareable.
* Design, implement, and optimise account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target our ICP, working closely with sales and other marketing teams to deliver personalised campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
* Develop and grow a robust webinar program that positions ecoPortal as a thought leader and central resource in the health and safety industry. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver compelling sessions, driving attendance, engagement, and effective pre and post-event communications.
* Create and maintain a content distribution strategy that maximises reach and engagement.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to source and develop content.
* Analyse and segment the target audience to tailor messages and content for maximum impact.
* Identify and work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify content reach.
* Develop strategic partnerships in market with other organisations and associations to co-create and distribute content. Drive partnership strategies to amplify content reach and engagement.
* Work closely with other teams, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive communication strategy.
* Develop and manage channel strategies to optimise content distribution and audience engagement.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
* Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust and optimise strategies as needed.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, Account Based Marketing (ABM), and marketing communications to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Idea for someone who has:
* Bachelor’s or Post graduate degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications- or similar.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful outreach and partner channel strategies.
* Strong understanding of micro content creation and distribution strategies.
* Superior writing and editing skills and experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms- including Hubspot.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Strong reporting ability.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
