We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our growing OEM team.
This professional will act as a liaison between our company and vehicle and heavy equipment manufacturers in Brazil, developing business relationships and prospecting for new clients while sustainably managing the current client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer accounts with a focus on annual targets and continuous growth.
* Prepare commercial proposals with price evaluation, cost, margin, and volumes aligned with customer and market conditions.
* Develop and maintain sales forecasts, both quarterly and annually.
* Collaborate with technical teams to provide innovative solutions to customers.
* Represent regional priorities at global meetings, emphasizing the importance of Brazil as a region.
* Maintain strong relationships to support account and business management.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, laws, regulations, FX changes, and other factors that may impact business, implementing preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
Travel is expected 20% of the time.
Required Qualifications:
* Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive market.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience in market analysis and scenario planning.
The ideal candidate will possess intermediate or advanced Spanish skills.
