Risk Management Specialist
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework to mitigate various risks across the organization. This includes credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain risk assessment models to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Conduct regular risk reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure effective risk oversight.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
* Design and implement controls to mitigate technology risks.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Masters degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a financial institution.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
