Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution, sourcing, or a related function.
* Experience in executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories, and achieving cost savings and value creation.
* Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
* Experience developing and managing KPIs and metrics to measure category performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
* Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation within procurement activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead strategic projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies, or driving innovation within the category.

Responsibilities
* Support development and execution of category strategies aligned with organizational objectives for assigned indirect spend categories.
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Support execution of sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories.
* Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category.
* Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
