The ideal candidate will possess a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
* Act as the primary point of contact between Randstad and clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Key qualifications include:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese and fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
