Job Overview
As a key point of contact, you will ensure seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success across all facets of workforce delivery. Your strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) combined with customer service mindset is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
You will maintain a service-focused approach, delivering high-quality experience to all stakeholders while utilizing and providing training on MSP tool such as Beeline and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
