Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
· Act as the CMDB Lead, ensuring accurate discovery, mapping, and maintenance of configuration items (CIs).
· Design and develop integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs for connecting external systems.
· Customize and configure ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
· Provide administrative oversight and minor platform admin tasks, including user/group/role management, table extensions, and data imports.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
· Drive best practices in platform architecture, data governance, and automation strategies within the ITSM/ITOM ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
· 8+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
· Solid understanding and implementation experience in at least two of ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM.
· Proven experience working as a CMDB Lead, with deep knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB health metrics.
· Strong experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
· Exposure to administrative functions and platform configuration.
· Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
