Category Manager Graduate (TikTok Shop - Hardlines or Electronics) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Join the TikTok Shop LATAM operation team as a Category Manager Graduate. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2026.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in-depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
Conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data-driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
Deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
Plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement.
Act as a key liaison in meetings with partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross-team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects.
Qualifications
Final year Bachelor or recent Bachelor graduate in a related field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, with academic projects, internships, or extracurricular experiences in areas such as merchant management, digital marketing, or user growth.
Data-driven with a strong foundation in analytical thinking; able to grasp key metrics, track progress toward goals, and draw preliminary insights from data.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute proactively to project execution.
Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
