We are looking for Infrastructure Support Analyst CCNA or CCNP in Belo Horizonte, MG Brazil, who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role you will:
The network engineer is responsible for the LAN and WAN network. In LAN it is responsible for addressing, switches, routers, wlan, ad, dns, npm, firewalls, cdn's, balancers, nfv. In the WAN he is responsible for private networks and the internet. and assists in the adoption of monitoring and data collection tools in the network. Supports carrier trunking with the local network.
Prerequisite:
* Certification Cisco CCNA or CCNP valid. (required).
* Advanced English

* Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access network/edge/core for Cisco/HP family.
* This family comprises small/medium L2/L3 switches, small/medium/large L3-L7 router for access/edge/core, Cisco/HP WLAN
* This CoE wants Palo Alto coverage firewalls, SASE and understand cybersecurity information
* Identification, Testing and Cabling Built CAT5-9, MM/SM Fiber Optic
* Test for Data Communication Radio and Mobile Access
* Knowledge for NSX Networking/Virtualization
• Fortinet/Huawei knowledge for network devices (LAN/WLAN) and security
• Experience in supporting EndUser in logging, diagnosing and solving problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing and related areas, including performing any corrective maintenance on ICT equipment;
• Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both market and internally developed), equipment, standards and procedures on the Client's technological environment and its use
• identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the Customer's technological environment, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction;
• Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation;
• test functionalities of new equipment, components or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals;
• Reinstall the default image on workstations or notebooks, including the process of backing up user data;
• act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Client locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision.
• Basic knowledge for Zabbix configuration for network devices.
