Delivery Operations Lead
The Delivery Operations Lead is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to clients. This involves managing project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engagement Management:
• Conducts regular/quarterly business review meetings with clients
• Delivers a quarterly balanced scorecard with KPI's to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Creates and delivers monthly service reporting
• Proposes and discusses improvement potential
* Project Management:
• Manages overall technical delivery and management of system landscape according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
• Guides clients on key topics like Business Continuity, Security & Compliance solutions
• Supports delivery/operations teams to perform and drive root cause analysis to completion
* Client Advocacy:
• Identifies upsell opportunities
• Enables & ensures client satisfaction surveys
• Drives & reviews SLA service credit cases
• Protects revenue by being proactive in managing balance statement reviews, supporting contract renewals, and other revenue leakage possibilities
