 
        Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal-humidity environment control, rapid cooling/heating, low-temperature heating performance, high-efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants; 2. Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality; 3. Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts; 4. Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements; 5. Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions; 6. Manage project workflows throughout the development lifecycle. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency; 2. Major in Energy Engineering, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; 3. Proficiency in various design and development software.
