Sales Account Manager Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with existing and potential clients. Your primary objective will be to assist in revenue-generating opportunities and provide outstanding support to ensure partner confidence in our platform.
We are seeking a committed individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to implement strategies and negotiate effectively. The ideal candidate will have direct response marketing knowledge and be able to think proactively and reactively to solve problems.
The role involves fostering continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value. You will work independently towards account satisfaction, while also collaborating with team members across various departments when necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping all accounts navigate the platform, including introducing new features, assisting with issues, and addressing concerns
* Communicating quickly and clearly to accounts through chats or video calls to ensure their issues are being addressed and following up frequently until a resolution is met
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
You will also be expected to continue your education on industry knowledge and platform features to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
