Responsibilities:Based on architecture standards set by the headquarters IT architecture team, test and validate local products, drive procurement execution, and complete device purchases.Collaborate with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to complete the purchases, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (e.g.
CCTV, access control systems, racks, and cabling).Manage local system integration projects to ensure effective implementation of solutions as guided by headquarters' technical requirements, while optimizing execution according to local needs.Develop and implement localized IT solutions.
Ensure IT infrastructure maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards.Monitor the quality of office network using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and design and implement corresponding improvements.Track, manage, and Inventory local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment inventories and supplier collaboration) and resolve local application and service issues, and ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure.Coordinate local service provider resources to ensure rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel, equipment, and time to meet project needs effectively.Provide standard operating procedures and documentation support, regularly reporting progress on localized solutions to headquarters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT-related fields, or Engineering.At least 3 years of experience in IT network and data center system integration maintenance.Familiarity with enterprise-level network architecture and equipment management.
Knowledge of routing protocols such as Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP; VPN technologies including GRE, SSL VPN, and IPSec VPN; and wireless authentication protocols like EAP, PEAP, and TLS.Proficiency in network and system monitoring tools (e.g.
Zabbix, Grafana) and experience in operations automation tools.Experience in managing CCTV, access control systems, facial recognition devices, and UPS systems is preferred.Familiarity with key brands of switches, wireless APs, cameras, access control systems, racks and cables, with knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses.Proven experience in developing and implementing IT solutions, with the ability to optimize execution based on practical requirements.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with suppliers and headquarters IT teams.Fluency in both Chinese and English, or Arabic and English, for effective communication is preferred.Possession of relevant technical certifications (e.g.
CCIE) or project management certifications (e.g.
PMP) is an advantage.
