Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and prioritize work effectively.
About the Role
* Own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
* Enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
