IT Systems Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled IT systems administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
This includes serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
In addition, you will support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management, internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
Monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication, is also a key responsibility.
Furthermore, you will assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Conducting regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments will also be part of your duties.
Finally, you will support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
As an IT systems administrator, you will work closely with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
