We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage prospects and close deals.

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role. A focus on professional services, accounting, or finance is preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* A strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.

You will be responsible for:

* Researching and identifying potential clients and industries to target.
* Developing and executing outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.
* Scheduling and conducting virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.

This role requires:

* A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor, at least 8 GB RAM, and an i3 processor for backup.
* At least 20mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
* A webcam and noise-canceling USB Headset.
* A quiet, dedicated home office.

Please note that those who meet the system requirements will be prioritized.
