Key Responsibilities
• Source talented professionals using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Promote our employer brand through recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and internal hiring policies.
• Manage accurate records in our ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines by maintaining a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet outreach goals by achieving weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
Requirements
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
