Reliable Systems Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Reliable Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our large-scale services.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with development teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure. You will also be responsible for automating processes, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and automation tools;
* Integrate, operate, and support 24/7 mission-critical services with high availability on public cloud;
* Ensure SLA compliance and review technical products to understand customer requirements;
* Perform regular tuning, work with distributed teams worldwide, and define business continuity strategy for operated services over public cloud;
* Motivate the team through agile ceremonies, suggest indicators for team monitoring, facilitate exchanges with stakeholders, improve service reliability, performance, and security of services;
* Collaborate with service delivery managers on traffic trends, participate in capacity management processes, and security audits;
* Design and implement changes into systems, adapt solution parameters to make architecture evolutions, and maintain and enhance internal tools to improve service industrialization;
* Participate in presales, deployment, and integration of solutions from support perspectives, and define production requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field;
* Experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications, including experience in public cloud (GCP or AWS);
* Strong experience with Kubernetes, Apache HTTP Server, and TLS >= 1.2;
* Ability to work with SRE engineers during integration and operation project phases, strong experience working in agile teams, ITIL/Agile certification, and experience embedding agile performance metrics to drive accountability;
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong working experience with one of the scripting languages – Shell/Python is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum C1 English level (advanced level) and experience in embedding agile performance metrics to drive accountability.
