Job Description
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires the ability to navigate ambiguity and keep teams aligned and moving. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will provide clear updates and drive alignment across teams.
You will be responsible for:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization change management and delivery trade-offs
