Business Technical Services Analyst Role
This is a key position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and business acumen to provide high-quality service to clients.
As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing guidance on how to utilize standard solutions to maximize revenue.
You will participate in evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. Additionally, you will assist in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn how to present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Evaluate client business requirements, estimate effort, and guide clients to utilize standard solutions.
* Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
You will also assist with documenting and maintaining client system environments, keep records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation, and provide this information to senior levels for review and feedback.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English language proficiency for speaking, listening, and writing.
