Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework, encompassing credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks. This will involve analyzing potential risks and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Additionally, the Risk Management Officer will oversee the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes Central Bank of Brazil regulations, capital adequacy standards, and VASP disclosure obligations.
In this role, you will work closely with senior-level stakeholders in financial institutions, fintechs, or crypto/virtual asset firms to establish effective risk management practices.
