Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Director
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) initiatives within the organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures in line with legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership for OHSE matters, setting priorities and driving business performance.
* Drive a strong Occupational Health and Safety culture within the organization.
* Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, policies and practices while ensuring active exchange of best practice between different businesses.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to travel up to 60%
