Responsibilities
We are looking for a QA Automation Technical Referent to join our IT Core team in Argentina or Uruguay as a Principal-level technical leader in quality and test automation. You will own the evolution of our automation framework, define the end-to-end testing strategy across squads, and drive improvements that reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and accelerate releases.

Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing with hands‐on coding in Java.
* Strong experience with Java, RestAssured, and JUnit or TestNG.
* Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks for backend services and APIs.
* Experience defining multi‐layer testing strategies and improving CI/CD test stages.
* Experience with non‐functional testing, including performance and security.
* Strong communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
* Advanced English.
* Resides in Argentina or Uruguay.
Nice to Have
* Experience with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, JDE, QAD, SAP APO, or Blue Yonder.
* Experience with dbt or Coalesce.
* Experience with Informatica, Alteryx, Knime, or Dataiku.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
* Experience with data modeling tools such as MIRO, Erwin, or PowerDesigner.
* Experience with API scripting for data extraction.
* Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Aerospace.
* Knowledge of microservices and event‐driven architectures.
* Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, or Coralogix.
* Experience with contract testing, service virtualization, or reusable test data strategies.
