**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the validation process for Commodities Asset class onboarding to an Equity Derivatives Trading desk. The ideal candidate will have expertise in capital markets, preferably in Commodities and/or Equity Derivatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving daily FO issues on functional, valuation, and pricing aspects, as well as addressing daily issues stemming from the FO Equity Derivatives desk. They will work closely with EQD Desk Traders (L3) to address issues and amend FO pre-trade rules, eTradePad, simulations, and P&L, Market Data, and booking issues.
Key responsibilities include analyzing, formulating, proposing, developing, and contributing to overall solutions as per PROD Support deliverables, liaising with technical teams when needed to resolve FO-related issues and necessary enhancements, managing day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various FO deliverables, yielding curve issue resolution and validation, curve assignments, new curve creation, continuous follow-up of new Market regulations/practices globally, and performing various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participating in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge in EQD, COM
* Very strong understanding of FX, IRD business
* Very Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle
* Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues
* 5+ years experience with Murex FO functionalities
* 4+ years experience in financial markets role
* SQL proficiency
* Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills
* Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills
* Must have strong organization skills
