***Please provide your resume in English. This is a remote, field sales position. The person will work out of their home office, manage a group of customer accounts. And travel 50% to regularly see customers. When applying. Please submit your resume in English.


Summary of Position:

Responsible for external sales team under their supervision, working with the Sales Director and Key Account Managers (KAM) to define proper coverage and identify key customers to be served across all business units nationwide. May also supervise the Southern/Southeastern, Northern, Northeastern, and Central-West regions.

Manage opportunities handled by their sales team, aligned with SICK’s strategy. Monitor team results and activities through the CRM tool, ensuring all information is always up to date. Regularly visit key customers. Participate in monthly and annual meetings to contribute and remain aligned with SICK Brazil’s strategies and objectives.


Principle Responsibilities:

Align with the corporate strategy Offering Anchors vs. Business Fields

Related to the technologies under their responsibility in applications and proof of concepts, both in the production process and throughout the logistics chain.


Provide pre-sales technical support

For all demands of the Global Industry Cluster they are linked to.


Develop proof of concepts and opportunities

Providing pre-sales technical support within the industrial segment to which they belong.


Support and develop solutions linked to Offering Anchors vs Business Fields

Under guidance of the industry leader, assisting the industry sales team or previously designated customers in solution development.


Identify strategic customer actions and competitor technologies

Reporting them promptly.


Support sales in validating the most appropriate products and solutions

For qualified opportunities based on technical knowledge, ensuring business closure.


Train the sales team to gain autonomy

In low‑complexity solutions, maximizing customer coverage and service.


Report all customer-related activities

Including opportunities and prospects to Integrators, using the SICK CRM tool to centralize information for customer service and development, ensuring relevant information for sales success.


Requirements of the Position:

5 years of experience in industrial application development, pre-sales (engineering) or post‑sales (commissioning, start-up, and maintenance) involving Vision Technologies (2D and 3D), Barcode Reading, RFID, QR Code, and basic software programming.

Experience may come from:

* developing customer solutions,
* developing SICK or competitor solutions (Vision or Traceability),
* direct work with OEMs or End Users in commissioning or designing solutions.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in industries where SICK operates and knowledge of competitor products.


Education Background:

Completed technical education or ongoing higher education in Electrical, Automation, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related areas.

Preferred: completed higher education and/or relevant technology degrees.


Specific Knowledge:

SICK Integration - Industrial Automation

Preferred: Advanced English, automation, standards and electronics, Vision, RFID, and/or programming. Knowledge of CRM tools.
