What you'll do
Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostlyFull Stack Python Developers)
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .
Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.
Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)
Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.
What we're looking for
Excellent English communication skills
Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.
Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
