Our customers include Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chick-fil-A, Hillstone Restaurant Group, ACE Hardware, and hundreds of other multi-unit operators.The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Communications Manager to own how Xenia’s product story is told — internally and externally. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success, translating what we build into materials that help customers understand, adopt, and get excited about new capabilities. This is not a marketing generalist role. You’ll need a real product sense and the ability to write with precision about technical features for an operational audience. You should be deeply comfortable using AI tools in your workflow — not as a novelty, but as a daily accelerant.What You’ll Own- Product Launch Briefs: Create internal and external briefs for every feature release — covering the what, why, who it’s for, and how to talk about it. These are the single source of truth for Sales, CS, and Support.- Customer-Facing Communications: Draft release notes, in-app announcements, email campaigns, and help center articles that explain new features clearly to frontline operators and their corporate teams.- Sales Enablement Content: Build one-pagers, competitive battle cards, feature comparison docs, and talk tracks that help the sales team position Xenia against competitors like Jolt, Zenput, and internal builds.- Product Narratives & Decks: Collaborate with the CEO and product leadership to craft pitch narratives, RFP responses, and business case materials for enterprise prospects.- AI-Assisted Content Production: Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate research, first drafts, formatting, and iteration — while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and voice.- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and CS to stay ahead of the roadmap and ensure nothing ships without clear, customer-ready communication.Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product communications, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company.- Strong product intuition — you can read a PRD, sit in a sprint review, and translate technical work into customer-facing language without hand-holding.- Exceptional writing and editing skills. You write clearly, concisely, and with a point of view — not in marketing-speak.- Highly proficient with AI tools in your daily workflow. You use LLMs for drafting, research, formatting, and iteration as a matter of course — not experimentally.- Experience creating product launch materials: briefs, release notes, FAQs, one-pagers, customer emails, and help documentation.- Familiarity with multi-unit operations, restaurant technology, or frontline workforce software is a strong plus.- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where you’ll own your domain end-to-end.- Strong visual communication sense — you can structure a clean one-pager or deck without needing a designer for every deliverable.Nice to Have- Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, Loom, or Webflow.- Previous work at a company selling to non-desk / frontline workers.- Familiarity with compliance, audit, or food safety workflows.- Background in product management or product design (even informal).Why Xenia- Early-stage impact: You’ll define how our product is communicated from the ground up — there’s no existing playbook to inherit.- AI-forward culture: We build AI agents into our product and expect the same mindset in how we work internally.- Real customers, real scale: 15,000+ locations, 400+ multi-unit operators, enterprise contracts with household names.- Fully remote with a high-trust, low-meeting culture that values output over optics.- Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
