Job Description:
Within the Digital Experiences organization, the role holder engages in company-wide digitalization using Power Platform tools, creating development opportunities through business contacts. The focus is on ensuring that the collaborative experiences developed meet the company's needs and comply with Mars' security, architecture, and development standards. Additionally, adherence to governance standards set by the Governance Lead and best practices on the Power Platform is prioritized.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor or Master or Sciences in IT, computer sciences, management, economics or equivalent.
* IT Project Management
* Knowledge of M365, Sharepoint, Power Platform knowledge
* First proven experience with Rapid Application Development Platforms used at Mars (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Both written and oral fluency in English
* Leadership competencies : customer focus, Action oriented, directs work
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Oversee vendor work in the Digital Factory to meet business needs with high quality standards.
* Lead validation and execution of the platform's technical roadmap on time and within budget.
* Ensure financial viability of the supervised scope each fiscal year.
* Ensure applicative support team meets user requirements.
* Coordinate with vendor leads for process improvement and effective control tools.
* Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships.
* Analyze current architecture for improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with governance, architecture, and security teams for optimal designs.
* Act as a subject matter expert on collaborative solutions and participate in relevant communities.
* Promote and activate relevant Microsoft features based on availability and business needs.
