Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team, responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, while developing pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* LATAM Sales and Territory Development
* Achieve or exceed quota targets
* Develop effective opportunity plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
* Participate in the development of the assigned region, including account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
* Deliver comprehensive business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points
* Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
* Support company promotions and events in the assigned region
* Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator
* High energy, self-starter with ability to learn quickly and engage clients effectively
